If scheduled meetings are not shown in the room system panel, please check the following:


  • In some places there is one calendar account for the room and another for the room system. The room system must be invited to the meetign for the calendar to be updated. Please verify with your IT-support.


  • If there is a login or authorisation problem, the room system panel displays a warning at the top of the screen. See login problems for troubleshooting.


  • Verify the network is fully operational
