If the HDMI cable, or USB for video, is plugged in but no image is displayed, please check the following:


  • Make sure the computer is sending an image. Windows: Press WIN-P and verify the settings.


  • Check image resolution of the sending computer. Try to set it to 1920x1080.


  • If USB is used, verify the correct drivers are installed. This usually means DisplayLink drivers.'


  • Finally, restart the teams system by selecting three dots ... (more) and then Restart Device
