When using the whiteboard shared from another participant


If a non-MTR participant has started the whiteboard sharing, the whiteboard is visbile for the MTR. Note, a touch setup is required for the MTR to be able to control and draw in the whiteboard.

  1. If screen scaling for the presentation monitor is not 100% (windows setting), there is a risk that not all the drawings/annotations will be visible when it starts.
  2. Sometimes one cant see what the other participants are drawing. This is not an error but is due to the participanta are drawing in a region not visible. The solution is to zoom out.
  3. To pan and zoom, one must first select the pan and zoom tool, from the toolbar (see below). Failing this means one will draw instead of zooming and panning.
