Troubleshooting
If the resolution on the monitors for the MTR is poor. The following troubleshooting steps should be done:
- The first question is if they are using BYOD functionality or not.
- If they are using BYOD, it must be disconnected to make sure the MTR system is displayed directly on the monitors. No PC or presentation should be used. Is the resolution still poor?
- If they are not using BYOD, make sure they are not persenting from their computer.
- If the resolution is poor when presenting or using BYOD but not when the MTR alone is used, the problem is likely on the connected PC.
- Make sure the PC is sending 1920x1080 to the system (use windows display settings to verify)
