If the audio for a Rally Bar or Rally Mini does not work, do the following:


Check the settings

  • BYOD: The settings on the laptop are found in the teams app.
  • MTR: Press the More... (3 dots) button and select Settings. Log in.


If the settings are correct, restart the Rally Bar / Rally Mini


Så här gör man:

  1. På baksidan av Högtalare/kamera finns en power-knapp. Se bild för att hitta den. Det är knapp 3 på bilden.
  2. Håll in den knappen i minst 15 sekunder så stängs enheten av. 
  3. Tryck på knappen igen för att starta enheten.
