Perform a power drain on the Tap. To do so, please perform the following steps:
1. On the Tap, remove the bottom cover and unplug the power cable (or Cat5E cable depending on the kit).
2. Press the pinhole reset button a few times located on the back of the Tap opposite of the Kensington lock slot.
3. Wait 30 to 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cable back into the Tap.
