The participants video stream are not showing on the front screen. This problem may not be in the hardware or system settings.

Note: This is expected behaviour when a participant connects with their PC if they are located near the MTR. The system automatically mute audio and video from computers within the Bluetooth range of the MTR in the meeting. Tis is probably to avoid echo and confusing experience.

Option 1

Clear Teams cache. (Not verified on MTR)

1-Sign out on Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams by right clicking the icon and select Quit.

2-On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R.

Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK.

3-Delete the contents of the entire folder.

Option 2 Workaround

Restart video, using one of the following actions:

  • Turn off all incoming video and then turn it on again

  • Or, switch to front row and then back to gallery

Option 3 Workaround

Connect the MTR last.

  • Make sure the meeting is scheduled, so you have a reserved meeting on the touch panel.
  • Once all participants have joined, hang up the meeting from the MTR and re-join the meeting.

Option 4 disable GPU

If the workarounds does not fix the issue then we have to check the box for "Disable GPU hardware acceleration" in settings.
