Please check the following:
Microphone
The michrophone sometimes presents itself for the device as 2 different microphones.
- Microphone or microphone array
- Echo cancelling microphone
Always use the Echo cancelling microphone, if that option is available.
Firmware
Check if there is a more recent firmware.
Reboot device, not only the NUC.
Peripheral USB devices are not rebooted during the nightly reboot. They need to be rebooted manually.
For Yealink devices, this is done from the RoomConnect app. Select the device, the reboot bytton is in the Device support section
Perform a hard reboot of the NUC and peripheral devies
Restart the NUC by disconnecting the power or holding the power button until it shuts down, and then restart.
Power cycle the peripherals.
