First actions

If the Teams room system does not log in, check the following:

  • Make sure the user credentials are correct:
    • Open a web browser in incognito mode
    • Enter office.com in the address row
    • Sign in, using the credentials for the system.
    • If this suceeds, the credentials are OK. Any error message or required user action may prevent the system from loggin in. Check wit IT department.


  • Make sure nothing is blocking the device from logging in:
    • Log on the MTR as administrator and go to desktop.
    • Start the Edge browser
    • Enter office.com in the address row
    • Sign in, using the credentials for the system.
    • If this suceeds, the credentials are OK. Any error message or required user action may prevent the system from loggin in. Check wit IT department.


  • On the Teams device settings. Select tab Account.
    • Check the mode. It should be Teams Only, unless other instructed.
    • Make sure Use modern authentication is switched on
