First actions
If the Teams room system does not log in, check the following:
- Make sure the user credentials are correct:
- Open a web browser in incognito mode
- Enter office.com in the address row
- Sign in, using the credentials for the system.
- If this suceeds, the credentials are OK. Any error message or required user action may prevent the system from loggin in. Check wit IT department.
- Make sure nothing is blocking the device from logging in:
- Log on the MTR as administrator and go to desktop.
- Start the Edge browser
- Enter office.com in the address row
- Sign in, using the credentials for the system.
- If this suceeds, the credentials are OK. Any error message or required user action may prevent the system from loggin in. Check wit IT department.
- On the Teams device settings. Select tab Account.
- Check the mode. It should be Teams Only, unless other instructed.
- Make sure Use modern authentication is switched on
