If the audio device is missing in the Teams settings, first try and power cycle the device.

The devices to power cycle are as follows.


  • Yealink systems
    • Power cycle camera device. Also applies to all-in-one-devices with built-in camera.
  • Logitech systems
    • RallyBar or RallyBar mini
    • Display hub and table hub.
