Conect a PC to the network cable, open a web browser and go to :
- https://ecosystem.nodeark.com to verify the Ecosystem connection
- The URLs used as content or media.
Use the same cable as the player to verify any cable issues
Connect a mouse to the player and verify network
Move the mouse and this will open:
Click it and the network settings window opens.Verify the correct network is connected and only one adapter is active.
