Symptoms
- Yealink RoomPanel is shown as offline in ProPortal even if it is online
- Started but screen is black and doesn't wake up when touched
Solution

Get the IP-adress for the Panel (from ProPortal or Panel)
From Pro-Portal: Click the Panel > Find IP from Device info
From Panel: Settings (gear in bottom right corner) > Device Settings > About
- Use a confference room by remoting into it (room needs to be on same network as panel).
In Teams press More > Settings > Windows Settings
(Pwd is usually C******5 or standard sfb)
- Open Edge, find and download firmware for RoomPanel to NUC

- Navigate to the panel via Edge (enter https://ip-address)
Press Advanced in the left bottom corner and then press the link "Continue to IP-address (unsafe)"
- Login to the panel
Username: admin
Pwd: C******5 or 0000
- Navigate to System > Update > Select file > Find the FW you downloaded > Press Update > Wait until the firmware has been processed
- The panel will now update. Wait approximately 10 minutes and then navigate to the IP-address again and check that FW has been updated properly.
- Log out from NUC
